[Resolved] D2H — temporary suspensions not registered | |||||
My videocon d2h cust Id[protected]. Mobile no [protected].i placed a request on 21/12/2019 with customer care for temporary suspension as I was going oustation for 15 days. The agent registered my request n said it will b done. Assuming he has done his work I just happened to cross check with the d2h cust care on 02/01/2020. N I came to know they have not even recorded my call made to them n completely deny I had ever called. The same story was told to me by their supervisor. This is an everyday story and customers are cheated like this n overcharged n the d2h company makes money at the cost of the customers. We do not have an option but write to u.
