D2H — Videocon d2h issues | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am a registered customer since 4 years and have been using continuously but since 2 months I am facing lot of signal issues quite often. I had complained on 11th June 2021 and till now it is not resolved. Even after calling several times on your customer care number, your engineers didn't visit and are denying to visit. I had called customer care to take the matter seriously but they disconnect my after putting on hold. This sort of behaviour and services are not acceptable and I am forced to change my operator to other cable tv operator.
