[Resolved]  D2H — videocon d2h - worst service

Address:Khordha, Odisha

More than 96 hours. Complaint given on 11th may 2019 still no service engineer visit from d2h. Such poor service is not expected. Being a service company, customer service has to be o[censored]tmost importance.

D2h is giving only false promises (Screenshot of sms attached). I am sure if such is your customer understanding then there is no point having d2h connection.

My LNB device need to be changed. No service engineer has visited till now, only a call received.
