During the lockdown period, we have recharged within duedates to continue services for my parents (both Sr. Citizens), however, except e few channels (2/3) and some other regional channels (which are incomprehensible), all the channels showed "signal not available" error even in clear weather.Repeated complains have been made but in Everytime, their support team could not fix it and (they take the same path to solve every issues, first trying and after usual failing sending personnel who has to be paid by the customers). They couldn't explain how it can be possible to have some useless regional channels showing but not the intended channel using that ST Box.
Their most recent offense is that, instead of paying the amount, it is shown that "service has been discontinued".
I think it is time to drag them to the court for harassing customers.
