[Resolved] d2h Videocon — unethical behavior during recharge benefits | |||||
Dear sir, On 18.06.2019 i have logged into my d2h account through my customer id where i found there advertisement "get 1 month free on 3 months long term recharge". My customer id is[protected]. I recharged my d2h with this offer. When i have clicked on the amount the offer was showing me eligible. After 2 days of recharge when i checked my account again through there website log-in my validity was not as per the offer. I have put this matter on their customer care mail id. I told them that i did this recharge only after seeing your advertisement if this offer was not valid for me then why it was shown to me? Now if you can not provide me this benefit then refund my recharge amount and disconnect my services as previous stage. Now each time some another person is replying on my mail. 1st day i got reply that the offer was there which was not applicable for me. 2nd time some another person replied that there was no such offer in there website and if there was any such offer i should take screen shot of the same to show them. My concern in such situation is - 1. If said offer was not applicable on me then why it was shown on my log-in in there recharge section. 2. If it was happen by mistake then what constrains are stopping them to refund my money. 3. Why customer care persons are talking in such manner that screen shot should be taken n all. 4. Customer care service mechanism is completely fail to address customers complaints. No escalation matrix is there to put my concern to some higher authority. Whatever i have wrote in this complaint is based on my discussion with customer care persons of d2h through my e-mail. I can provide pdf file of conversation if required. I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me solution on the same. I am not demanding any higher amount then my own amount which i have paid to them. Today I have got comment from Videocon D2h on my complaint. Then I logged into my D2h account and checked my validity. Before complaint it was till 23rd September and now it has been 15th October.
Before my complaint I got several calls from videocon customer care and they were no more interested with my issue and giving me illogical comments.
Thanks a ton to you team for your efforts towards helping so many consumers like me. Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
