[Resolved]  D2H — Wrong recharge

Address:ward no. 3,nakul raj singh , infront of podar college, near pathodiya kothi, nawalgarh , jhunjhunu, rajasthan

I want to inform you that while recharging through d2h website for my monthy recharge of videocon d2h 'mera vala plan ' of 317 rs i put account no. 20629983 instead of[protected] the account which by mistake got recharged is of customer name - dramandra singh, his rtn -[protected]

I kindly request you to return my money or recharge my account instead of his.

Hi,
I am using videocon d2h for quite long.
But last month web after recharging, I am not able see any of the channels. Only the Home videocon d2h is visible.I tried to contact customer care but it seems their no. are not reachable .In this circumstances what can be done.please suggest.
