I Raman Verma and I've placed an order in the name of sriyansh sinha Order # [protected] for Skullcandy S5URGY-164 (Uprock With Mic Supreme) Carbon Mint Headphones on 3-5-2015, as i'm continuous following These guys to track the status of my product but no one at their customer care will be able to give me the correct status of my order. As per Mr.Tariq from D2H customer care, on 6-may-15 he told me that sir your order is dispatched but it takes 24 hours to update the same in system.. seriously 24 Hours...????????? but still it is showing "PROCESSING" in "the track my order link"..I've mentioned that i need the order urgently at the time of placing the order but i guess no even bother to remember it..due to an occasion ("Birthday" of my younger brother) i need the same would be delivered to me till 6-may-15 evening so i can gift it to my brother but because of their poor customer service now i can't gift him anything on his birthday which is on 7-5-15.. 8-May-2015 Ritesh from their customer care told me that sir we will not deliver the product at your address as you are not ready to wait for more 4 to 5 days..From last 3 days i'm asking him to let me speak to his process manager but he is keep telling me sir i'll arrange a call back for you in next one hour..even yesterday i'm having a word with karan (executive at their customer care) he is laughing on call as i'm telling him my problem he put my call on speaker and laughing with his colleague at the same time after listening my problem.this is the height of poor customer service. Since the beginning you guys are making wrong commitments. I request you to please launch a complaint against Karan, Ritesh, Pawan and Tariq.Hope to get a positive response from your end. Now Today Mr.Karan is telling me that your order will not dispatched due to non availability of stock.
