[Resolved]  Da Milano Leathers — didn't receive the handbag strap given for repair 2 months ago

Gave the strap of my handbag for repair around 2 months ago. I've not received it yet. Visited the store multiple times. It's really frustrating. The lady at the store (Da milano, phoenix marketcity, chennai) seems to be the most clueless person i've ever met. Last time i went, she said it's lost! And, then she made a couple of calls and said it'll come next week. I'm not sure if they are even gonna give it back.
