Gave the strap of my handbag for repair around 2 months ago. I've not received it yet. Visited the store multiple times. It's really frustrating. The lady at the store (Da milano, phoenix marketcity, chennai) seems to be the most clueless person i've ever met. Last time i went, she said it's lost!
