Da Milano Leathers — wrong product delivered, order id:[protected]
I recieved the wrong product on 13th Jan. I complained about the product on 14th Jan!The product was picked on 20th!
I received the mail on 23rd regarding refund!
Today is 29th and there is no refund yet, is this the way to harass your customer!
You took back the product and my money too.Do you need a month to refund?
The only mail I keep on receiving is will initiate your refund, better do it immediately else I will move to consumer courts.
I will make sure I shall charge you for mental harassment as well!
