Dahisar Toll Naka — Yellow line rule not followed

Today while entering Mumbai, as usual we faced huge traffic jam at Dahisar toll. When we approached toll booth and told that we were beyond yellow line. The toll employees started arguing by saying the traffic is not becoz of toll but becoz of Octroi naka. Its ridiculous and unethical the way they tried to put blame Octroi naka when the actual traffic was held due to toll booth. Tejas bhadre is the emplyee name. What is the point of makeing yellow line rule if its not getting followed. Please take action such employees.its shamefull to face such jam and face such employees everytime while entering mumbai.

As per Gov rule Specially Modified Vehical Are toll Free In All India ..But the Dahisar Toll Naka Staff Are not accepted This And they start abusing ..also they are not accept about yellow line rule ..

I am one of the sufferers due to toll naka at Dahisar. Due to my professional needs, I frequently travel from Dahisar to Miraroad. The distance between these two locations is hardly 2 kms. Firstly whether toll is applicable to me? No idea! No proper answer by the authorities. Even after the rule why fasttag is not implemented? Why the Government is not taking action?
