[Resolved] Daikin — ac model misinformation and wrong charges taken | |||
I had purchased a diakin split inverter 5 stat ac from air care electronics khurramnagar lucknow. I told the owner that i want an ac which consumes 200 w after attaining constant temperature. The dealer initially told me that the ac costs 50970 and is ftkf. Then the dealer told me that the model i need is costly and took extra rs 2725 from me and told this consumes 200 w power. And the model no is ftxf on monday 4/6/2018. Next day to my utter disgrace very same ftkf was delivered to my home and it was told that this is the model which consumes 200 watt. Then i went to the dealer again and asked for the rs 2725 which were charged extra. The dealer is denying. The ac is lying in my home and i am not going to get it installed unless my money is refunded. I spoke to mr shakti singh diakin sales lucknow but he didn't show the courtesy to revert back. Is this your company and your representatives behave. And who is responsible for this misinformation and wrong escalation of price by citing wrong model no by diakin authorised dealer which is not even launched in the market. Act immediately otherwise i will take legal action against diakin india and your dealer. Your dealer is not giving the bill also. But i have the proof of transaction.
