[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / — Daikin Ac Cooling/evaporator Coil is bad quality product

My complaint is against head service head Daikin.This is in reference to the air conditioner I purchased on 6th jan 2020. I work for a foreign mission/an embassy in delhi we have all daikin ac’s around.
Well I am writing to complaint that I am interested in getting my AC’s cooling coil replaced with coating which protects the cooling coil, as it is a defective and bad quality piece and got ruined in just 20 months which is no long time at all. I demand a new working piece in replacement. I have been your customer from past more than one year and have always purchased most of my electrical items from your brand . Recently we bought four new AC’s - exactly same ones.
I believe you will look in to the matter and help me get another new piece. I am really disappointed the way everything was handled. First the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified time by us and it’s important to mention that when the technician came first he said it’s some gas leakage and gas is lost or not there please don’t switch on your machine and the very next day when the other technician came and told another problem which was the cooling coil is not working after only 1 1/2 year of purchase of a new Daikin machine this was surprising for me when he went and kept the air conditioned switched on for hours and hours it was switched on despite of we were told one day before that we need to keep the machine off .

. It’s been many days and I am not able to use the air conditioner.

I request a replacement of cooling coil which is worth 8000 rs along with gas filling, the gas got affected due to bad quality of cooling coil. the engineer himself told us that the part is totally ruined and component is completely melted down.

kindly help asap. if this is happening after purchasing a brand which is daikin. then they are looting the customer totally.
