Dear Sir, With deep concern, I would like to inform you that Daikin in Pakistan, particularly in Karachi, is not providing us with adequate after-sales services. Their head office is in Lahore, but they never return phone calls to attend to complaints because they don't have spares for under warranty replacements. Their locally assigned subcontractors are entirely ignorant. Without a doubt, Daikin is a world-renowned and reputable brand, but due to poor after-sales and service, we have stopped purchasing from Daikin. We have nearly 400 AC units in our plant and we have 18 such units in Karachi. Since September 9, 2021, the C9/30 complaint about a faulty compressor in an AC unit has gone unresolved. Your Karachi team is not responding quickly enough. Please keep in mind that this AC is installed on our production machine, and we are experiencing production losses as a result of their negligence. We previously encountered many such issues with Daikon, and as a result, we stopped purchasing new Daikon units; however, we are still experiencing issues with previously purchased units. Please advise your Daikon distributors in Pakistan to improve their after-sales services to benefit both customers and the company. Was this information helpful? | |||
