[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — VRV is not working | |||
VRV is not working from last couple of months i am facing very severe issue with this product because the company like Daikin is not able to provide any kind support and service team members from Daikin visited so many time but they don't have any clue about the problem they don't have any knowledge about the product. I have called so many times to the customer care every time they provide me only complaint number didn't get any solution. Complaint No. Date [protected]/1/21 [protected]/2/21 [protected]/6/21 [protected]/6/21 Dear Team Please take it on a priority otherwise i am gonna take some serious action i don't have ample of time to make calls and register complain everytime . Please provide me somebody from the VRV team who has proper knowledge of product otherwise i am gonna escalate this issue to the head of company. Need solution for this ASAP. Its almost more than 15 days AC in my showroom still not working just let me know how long it will take to get resolve my business is getting hamper because of this.
