I am really worried about after reading all of above comments.My complaint number :CHE[protected] As currently I am also facing the same issue as mentioned above i.e. 1. AC has stopped cooling after 2.5 years. 2. Very poor customer service. 3. DAIKIN doesn't have their setup rather they get it done via channel partners. I had to escalate the matter to their regional manager in Mumbai to get the service after 2 weeks, which literally means I have lost considerable amount of summer time even after having so called DAIKIN AC. I purchased 1.5 Ton Split inverter AC(FTKP50PRV16) in November2016 and this is my third year of it's usage and AC has stopped working. almost 10 days nobody turned up. After escalating the matter one guy came and did the check he told me that it could be a PCB issue with outdoor unit as outdoor unit's fan was getting stopped after every 10-15mnts. He told me PCB charges around 8k (not sure whether it's the correct price or not). technician told me that there is no guarantee for the PCB, as it's a electronic item. Really pissed off with the DAIKIN AC because my machine is comparatively new(just 3 year old) and I had paid a big amount of around 50k to purchase it and now it's down and I had to spend again around 10k to get it run and that too with no guarantee. They call them pioneer of inverter ACs and best in class but they are third class people manufacturing defective products. I want to know, how can their ACs PCB go down so quickly? Also, when they are not able to provide sustainability and durability to inverter ACs then they should recall all their models and pay back their customers. It's a real mental and financial harassment to me. I want a replacement of this inverter AC with normal AC now and I also want a reimbursement of the amount which I have paid against new PCB replacement.
