[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — I got daikin ac defective product..

Hi,

I brought a new Daikin AC on 30/03/2018 not even one month completed it's not cooling. so I logged a call to Daikin customer care 28/04/2018 reference no:[protected]call logged from this no [protected])on next day they came and checked and they said that gas got leaked and need to refill and they said that for refilling the gas need to pay 3500 RS as you have installed by third-party.so i argued with that engineer and called vijay who is the Vijayawada branch service manager mobile no: [protected] he is no even speaking politely with me and tell that you have installed third-party installation and It will not claim under warranty and I told him that not even shopkeeper told me that if our engineer will not install you will not get any warranty on this product and he is telling that it is in our warranty policy.And telling that we will not replace the product. And I went near shop and told that this is the situation and not even he is also responding. And stopped arguing with him and told that engineer to fix the issue and he filled the gas noteven 3 days again same problem and called him again and they came next day and checked and they told me that there is a problem in indoor unit and they have removed and taken to VIJAYAWADA service center and after 3 day he came back and filled some gas in outdoor unit and said need to check if any leakage in that and next day he came and checked stating that there is a leak in outdoor unit also and need to take to Vijayawada service center and for indoor unit there is an leak. And he told that you got a faulty product now, only the connecting pipe are there..

So please please replace my product with new one as soon as possible.

If there is any terms and conditions are they you people need to educate the customers and shopkeeper first before buying your product not simply selling your products to public and earning money.

I thought this daikin AC company has a premium product rather that other product AC but waste of money and time.
