I purchased ac daikin ftc50srv162b/rc50srv162b from great eastern, tonk road, jaipur tax invoice nojptr/sa/1718/06175 dt.20.6.2017. It was installed by hvac engineers & viha services, jaipur on 4.7.2017. While installing ac the workmen cut the wiring of electricity resulting disconnection of five points - fan, call bell, three light points in the room which i came to know next day. I made calls to the said hvac and complained them about the disconnection. They promised to send workmen to check the complaint but no body turned up. Still i have no connection to these five points as the electrician suggested me to first uninstall the ac unit and then connections may be made. He told that underwall wire of connection is might be cut down while installing the ac. Please take up the matter and find out the fault and get corrected.
