I purchased the split ac 1.5 ton, modal number gtc50srv162 on[protected]. Since purchased i has been creating irrelevant. I have been made many complaints. But due to lake of expertise in the service center the problem has not been resolved. Every day i have to call 2-3 times for the product issue and i have to waste at least 3-4 hours during technician visit but no fruitfull result came out they are just passing the time and doing formalities and waiting for warenty to close. Now i completely harressed physicially and mentaly with the company service and this product and need immediate action.
