Two free servicing information is printed in a 4 page warranty card expecting the customer to read it for claim. I was neither informed by kohinoor sales team nor gennext services of such beneficial service. Miss anju from your mumbai office assured me to get one service in march'19 on my email dated 23.12.19 but she has not yet replied. She is not reachable since that day.
