Dear sir/madam, With reference to the complaint no. 13784159. We have made complaint regarding daikin a/c on 26th april, 2018 thereafter your company person has came to our house on 28th april and told us that their is some internal problem in its outdoor and they will reolace it in one or two days. Thereafter we are regularly contacting at your service center at prabhat enterprises and in touch with mr. Suresh having mobile no. [protected] however we didnot get any proper response as they are saying they will come today by evening or tomorrow from last more than one month. We are requesting you to take this complaint on priority basis otherwise we will take some serious action against your company. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks & regards Cs.
