[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Replacement of the faulty outdoor unit on installation | |||||
I purchased 5 star split ac from daikin solution plaza g-33 kalkaji new delhi-19 on 07/05/17. Outdoor unit didn't work on installation. After sale service person said there's problem with motor, so i opted for replacement instead of repair as the ac is brand new. Now even after almost two weeks nothing has been done in this matter that too at the peak of hot weather and my many emails and calls. How and when can i expect to resolve this.
