It's been ten days since i registered a complaint to repair my ac at centre market branch but despite repeated efforts, no response from your customer care providers

To make matters even worse, when a representative did show up, he left the repair job incomplete without any satisfactory explanation; as if this wasn't enough, the mechanic was a minor no less with subservient knowledge and no experience.

I have been a faithful customer for the last 4 years recommending your product to myriad people but for the first time i've been so utterly let down that i am reconsidering continuing with your product

I have lost precious time and energy to avail the most basic of services and this frankly has been an administrative disaster from your side

Please rectify at the earliest
