[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — very poor service - complaint ref[protected] | |||
I had lodged complain on 26th april. Service engineer visited on 27th april and said that a part needs to be replaced. He assured that replacement will take place in 2 working days. After 5-6 days when i didn't receive any call from service desk, i called "customer service" on [protected] and asked the tentative date when my ac will get repair. I talked with several person in customer service desk but i was not getting proper response. I called customer service desk several times but not getting my problem solved. Every time they are giving assurance but my ac is not getting repaired. I am now worried whether daikin has "after sale service" or they just sale and forget.
