Daily Cakes — Did not received my ordered cake

I ordered cake around 5 :15 pm today and they said that it will be delivered within 2-3hrs.. But I didn't received it... They even didn't have any customer care number to consult... I paid 1088 for that order through phonepe, amount was also deducted from my account.. I didn't have money to order another.. My father birthday is on 1st January.. So please do the needful and get the order delivered by tomorrow evening or else refund my money..then I will order another cake.. Kindly respond fastly
