Daily Cakes — Money not refunded for cancelled order

Cake was ordered to be delivered with prepaid Rs899 with Order #34981. On the date of delivery,
they asked more money Rs 200 for doing delivery, which we denied and asked to cancel the order and refund our money. Order was cancelled and they said refund would take 7 working days.

Now it is more than 2 months, they have stopped responding. Only way to contact is through email.
