Daily Cakes — Order not delivered not received the refund.

I ordered cake for my friend who live in Arunachal Pradesh on[protected].
The order was confirmed and payment was made of INR 500.
When I checked the status of delivery then I received the mail that my order is cancelled and refund will be initiated in 15 days.
Now today is[protected] and I have still not received my refund even after sending them email and complaining on their customer support.
