[Resolved]  Daily Thanthi Newspaper — FALSE 498a Complaint

Good Morning Sir/Madam, My ex wife (Deeptha Kirubha) with the help of her father (KirupakaraVetrivel) and brother(Gnanavel Karthik, Vetrivel) and a BJP related lawyer (Sivaguru) had filed a FALSE 498a FIR against me and my mother and sister at the Thudiyalur all women's police station. As always, this being a FALSE FIR but the husband and his family have to go through a lot of troubles to prove that this is a false FIR. The root cause for her filing this complaint is that I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO TALK OR SAY MY POINTS DURING THE INQUIRY SESSION. This complaint was filed only based on the accusations written by my ex wife and her father. Her father working in Jayanthi Spices as quality officer and he was threatening me that he will complaint against the interpol USA and torture me. As always I have no option and advicers say I have to sit mum and answer all the questions. If this case was enquired for correctness of information I would have been in a better position now. I need fair judgement immediately and for the same who can I reach? I reached to the CM CELL but in vain to only learn that the FIR was filed against me at their will. Please advice, I will take this case to any extent and I have to bring this to public considering the shame created to me and my family in the police station and in the newspaper, Daily Thanthi.
