Dairy Milk Chocolate — fungus (small whitish dots) all over | |||
I bought 15 dairy milk chocolate (Rupees 40 each) from csd canteen.. Delhi... 10 days back (That is 14 may 19) All of tem have whitish dots all over the chocolate (A fungus).. Even thought d manufacturing date is only mar 2019!!? All of them are somwhat kind of melted.. Its not in d normal boxes shape & u cnt evn see cadbury written on the chocolate I want refund!!! It is not fungus and for your info. It is called- chocolate blooming. It is due to changing conditions like once kept in freezer then in heat. It is due to build up of moisture and is perfectly safe to eat. It is natural changee in chocolate and chocolates do not perish easily as they have high sugar in them.
