Regarding dhbvn account [protected]. It's been a common observation that bils getting generated by DHBVN are not with actual meter readings and they generate bill type PR everytime and once a year they give complete bill so we have to pay the huge amounts at one go at high rate and also PR amounts in between the year which causes us much pain.
This time also the latest bill is generated with absurd readings. Bill type PR. current reading < previous reading and consumed units is a huge positive no. Thereby generating a bill amount of 20k INR. Which cannot be true.
Why should we pay 20K INR amount approx for such a bill generated when our annual consumption is just 5k units? Kindly find attached the bill copy. If you call at their consumer care nos. Or in billing section or JE of the area they either don't attend your query seriously or don't take action on it. Every time it's the same story everymonth we cannot take a leave from office and visit the main office since their ofc doesnt open on weekends. That too if we visit then sometimes nobody is present at their seats so our day is wasted. SdO hardly sits on his seat, his PA doesn't answer his phone calls. JE doesn't respond to his calls. Billing section don't care about bill revisions and take everything on very low priority. Manual complaint forms are submerged in huge piles of papers and never dealt with.
I have also tried submitting the latest bill on their trust bill portal so that the BR adjustment bill can be generated but no luck so far.
I request you to look into this matter and help us deal with these officers.
