Lst three bills on an average basis. Lst month 8.10.18 i met mr rahul gupta he told me he will be check the readingsend the bill actual. This month also seb=nd the bill average basis. On 28.11.2018 i met mr pradeep and also your officer. He instruct mr pradeep pl look imto this matter. I also talk to mr rahul gupta on29.11.18, he told me send me the a/c no and address send thrugh smsagain i talk to mr rahul gupta on 30.11.2018, he told me send somebodyto check the reading. Updated by tapn12 The S.D.O., Faridabad, Dear Sir, Undersigned hereby informed you that My A/c no [protected], reading date 4th july2018 old reading 52985 new reading 0 units of bill 1065 bill amount Rs 1396/ againreading date8/9/2018, old reading52985 new reading 0units of bills 1065 bill amount Rs 6555 then I met your officer local complaint office he instruct Mr Rahul Guptatake reading and regularise the bill on8/10/2018/againreading date 29/10/2018 old reading 52985 new reading 0 units of bills 823 bill amount Rs 4679/ then I meet your officer local complaint office he instruct Mr Pradeep to take reading and send actual bill. MrPradeep took my mob no [protected] on 28/11/18 next day 29/11/18 I also talk to Mr Pradeep And Mr Rahul over phone he told me send A/c no and address through sms again I talk to Mr Rahul he told me sending somebodyto take reading and inform me.Till date no information recd . Meanwhile undersigned requested you please charge the bill s per unit consumed, till the matter is solverd. Please look into this matter and regularise my a/c, So undersigned getright bill infuture.
