This complaint is against je (Dhbvnl) nuh and on duty lineman. I am narender gupta from nuh town having connection on my shop at gaushala road near kailash mandir meter no. Nc 11-2010. I have lodged the complaint on telephone for individual power supply cut from the last 60 hours though in my neighbourhood there is full supply of electricity. My complaint no. Is dh[protected]. And till now it has not been resolved no one visited the site from the deptt. Even i tried to call junior engineer for many time but he is on his ego that he is not picking up the phone call. Telephoned to customer care many time but they also failed to asist me.
It seems there is no sense of establishing customer complaint board, online and telephone complaint board, appointing je and lineman when they cann't even resolve the customer problem on time. Even they used to forward the fake and wrong report to officials and customer that problem has been resolved and in actual they didn't even visted the site. This is the real truth of the electricity board.
I am writting this complaint in a hope that an action will be taken against such careless and disgusting je and lineman. And that my problem will be resolved urgently.

I am a resident of House No. 2262 sector 28 Faridabad, my electricity meter got damaged and fused due to the voltage fluctuations from your end. I request you to kindly change it as it was not my fault, it was from the Bijli board end only, there should be no charges applicable for that.
