Pl refer to my complaint no. Cmpg[protected] of 17.2.2018 on dhvn portal, regarding incorrect billing which is yet to be resolved. The details are:
My meter was faulty and was put out of service. I was being billed on average. The faulty meter was replaced on 14th nov. 2017. Your bill of feb 2018 has not taken the meter installation date into account and billed us twice both my meter reading and on average basis from 14th nov 2017 till 11 jan 2018, i. E., 58 days. The overcharged amount is to be refunded.
Moreover, during the period of over i year when meter was not there, regular meter service charge was collected which should logically be refunded. Request immediate action. Was this information helpful? |
