With due respect, this is to inform you that i "sitaram jha s/o late lakhanlal jha vill/post neori biraul district darbhanga" am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the chain of events and negligence of the employees of the board.
On 02/07/2008 i submitted an application to inform the board to stop sending the bill as electricity connection was not there in my house. But the bill didn't stop and i kept on giving the application but of no use. Finally in august 2015 after lots of effort the bill was stopped.
I have been running to office since then to put off and pardon that bill since it's illegal. There have been various visits by the authorities including sdo and je biraul but nothing has happened. They keep on postponing things for next month. I don't even have electricity connection now in my house due to official negligence. I am a farmer with age 70 and i'm exhausted with the running and i am not capable to run further.
I have all the required documents and signatures to prove my point and all those asked by the employees. Please look into the matter.
