I would like to complaint about darpankar technologies for cheating on us by giving fake commitments & taking our money.in january 2019, this company approached us for a package of online services, art designing & other promotional activities in the name of abc packages, mr pratik & mr avnish shukla are the partners in this firm as per my knowledge. They kept on following up for this package even after showing very less interest i thought this will actually help my business (Electronics firm). After much follow ups i finally ended up paying them inr 8400 after asking them if they will provide the invoice for that which they told yes after i pay them on 26/02/2019 at 9pm through an online link provided by them. I have the payment receipt with me. Immediately after the payment i requested for the tax invoice, the didn't reply till 31/03/2019 i got the bill surprisingly the invoice didn't had a gst number. When i asked about the same mr pratik replied that sir we don't have a gst number & the gst is not charged to you. The same time i understood that this company is something fishy. Till date i have got just 6 artwork which were promised to be for every occasions, they didn't touch the website, they got me 1 video of my store only when i got frustrated & asked for a refund. Now from past 2 months i have been asking for a refund but this reckless, unregistered firm is just doing time-pass they don't want to reply on msgs they have blocked my calls. Every time you call their executive they tell you that they have left the job, heights was when i called mr avnish shukla the co-owner also tells me that he has left the firm.
Please beware from this company i am soon going to log a complaint in the police station as well rs 8400 is not a big amount for a firm but if some new company can think they can take your hard earned money like this then they are wrong & we should teach them a lesson.

I have all the proofs with me
1) payment receipt
2) ta invoice (No gst as they don't have one)
3) whatsapp chats of all the executives & the owners
4) what they promised & what they delivered

I again request a refund which i have been pleading since past 2 months.
