Dear team, Vehicle no: tso4en1898 Service point name: katakam motors Customer name: b. Swathimuthyam Above said vehicle is given for service on 02/11/2018 at 9am... They committed to give on 02/11/2018 before 5pm at any cost...in the day we called to service point around 4 times for checking stage of service... At the time of my call they said you come at 4'o clock... As per their commitment i gone to service point 4.30pm... But there is no completion of my vehicle service... There is no proper response from their end... I checked with service manager.. There is no response and careless response given by them.. Here there is no proper customer service and behaving with customers very badly... Because here there is no second honda service point... That is only major reason for their behavior... Still today i had not taken byke from service point and they are not serving well... Just water wash they are doing and giving vehicle back... Pls need your intervention on this issue... Otherwise honda reputation will go in market because of this people... Amc also paid for this vehicle... Service sl no: 43/02.11.2018...
