DCB Bank — dcb bank harassment to customer

Dear sir,

My name is romana shaikh, i am employee in a private company in ahmedabad.
In dcb bank, i have a loan vide loan account no : drhlcgr00438698
The bank (Dcb bank) not response to me properly, i want to transfer my loan to hdfc bank from dcb bank.
For that require documents not receiving and their home branch in ahmedabad not response properly and not providing any documents like foreclosure letter or any other documents which i require from dcb bank for my loan transfer to other bank. Since 5th december 2019 i applied for documents.
Every time i have to talk to customer care toll free number only, but not responded from there also.
Please advice me what should and where i have to complain against dcb bank.
