Complaint regarding irresponsible staff & worst service
Dear sir,
With this letter i would like to inform you about my worst experience with d. D. Motors at peera garhi branch on 12.11.19. I visited your service centre on 12.11.19 for my car service having registration no. Dl4cax-8444. Mr naveen dabas (Supervisor) attend me and i explained all the problems about my vehicle like sound in back, average etc and he mentioned all the problems in job card no. Jc19022369 and giving me surety that all the problems will be sort out positively.
After washing, my car was sent to workshop but after some regular services, my car still giving sound in back. I told regarding this matter to service man but he ignored me, and after pressurized by me he was agreed to take test drive and after test drive he found sound in my vehicle.
After checking he told me that your cars back cylinder ring is damaged and this part is not available in work shop. What is the fun? Why the part is not available in authorised service centre? He was not able to give any satisfactory answer, and then i asked about my car average, he told me that your car’s average is ok without any testing.in between mr naveen dabas is not available for any help.
After servicing, my car was handover to me without any cleaning, i have to stand there during all the works from starting till the end. Nobody came to me for any help or any discussion. So please look into this matter and give my money back & take necessary steps against your irresponsible staff mr naveen dabas to save your image in the market. This is a total waste of money because i came back home with all the previous problems in my car.
This was not expected from a well known company (Maruti). My experience is very worst with maruti service centre. Thus kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.
