[Resolved]  DDA — Removal o[censored]nauthorized Property and Commercial utilization of DDA residential Property

Respected DDA Authority,

I Gaurav Banswal, R/o B-44 A, DDA Flats Shivaji Enclave Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 Ground Floor
I would like to bring this to your notice that there is a family residing at B Block on top floor, utilizing our garden space for their commercial usage, they are keeping their bulk of plants just in front of my residence as they are running their nursery business from my residential space and also they are parking their personal car and a battery rikshaw (which is being used for their business) I am attaching some photographs as an evidence. Many people has raised their voice to remove their stuff from that space but they are still not removing.

Everyday they are arguing and fighting with me and in absence of my family, infect Mr. Kaushal Chola has beaten my father so badly. My father is a senior citizen and now he is suffering with that pain also.

I request you to please visit at the residence and take the disciplinary action against them.
