Deal Club Sale — sent wrong item, never replaced or refunded | |||
I ordered a usb spycam and it shipped promptly, except it had a european plug. I phone customer service and they told me to ship it back and it would be replaced. After 3 months and 4 phone calls and 2 emails... Nothing. Keep getting refered to their "shipping dept". The person i speak to at their customer service can hardly speak english, and when i wanted a refund i was advised that i had to wait until it could get resolved by their shipping department. It seems they have some bs excuse for everything. Iwant a refund now. Total ripoff. Don't use this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
