Deal Myntra — fake website

I ordered redmi note 7 pro on deal myntra website on april 11th 2019. I payed amount of ₹.13999/- through google pay. I didn’t receive any confirmation mail or message. So i asked for refund through google google pay still now i didn’t get any reply. I am planning to give police complaint on this website to block and get me refund asap. Still this website is active and posting adds on there fake website and still active on fooling innocent people. If anyone have any alternative idea to get refund pls let me know.
