Deal2019 / Flipstore Delhi — fraud product received fraud site

I ordered jbl speaker n jbl bluetooth earbuds but received wrong n cheap product worth 100 i ordered from deal2019 / flipstore delhi. I tried a lot to get in touch with them but no reply no contact details it’s purely fraud site. I paid 1600 cash to bluedart delivery guy i want refund plz urgent plz help for nation. They are fraud n they are cheating our people our nation i bought bcoz of deal not to get cheated atleast help us so we can feel safe to be in smart city people plz
