I bought smart watch that would not switched on even after charging it for two hours. I paid ₹2298 on delivery. You provided a phone landline) no.[protected] which is always busy that i can not contact you. I want a refund. Please tell me return procedure and get me refunded.

I had already complain to customer care and he said me
Yah saman change ho jayega lekin koi bhi responce nhi mil pa raha h or ab to no bhi lagna band ho gaya
