I ordered a smart watch and received an advance watch (As per label) on 04/08/2018 by paying rs. 3999/- plus delivery charge of rs.299/-. As per the ad it was water-proof a false claim because it doesn't have any water-proof sealing. The watch does not read memory card and sim card as claimed. It does not start up when sim/memory card are inserted. It is just another digital watch worth rs.200/- in market! I want refund, please let me know the detail process to return the product and get my money back.
