I had made an online payment on ₹11049 on 18 th june'17 for purchase of redmi note 4 smartphone through the website www.dealsmarket.in, however after two days i noticed that there was no advancement in the order process hence i tried to login to the website and check the order status but i noticed that the website is not found. The payment was executed through my credit card. Request you to kindly assist me in getting my money back as this is a big proportion of my monthly salary. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am Mr. Shrikant Deshmukh from Mumbai, Maharashtra, i have purchased redmi note4, 4gb RAM, 64gb ROM smart phone from deals market, i paid 11, 049.15 rupees through Axis Bank, i have purchased it on[protected], on[protected] i got a mail that the product was shipped but the courier details were not given, my order number id : BLLEQAEWZ. I don't know the status of my order as the website was closed, there is no reply to the phone number given, kindly help me in getting the product ordered or money back.

I am Aditya, I purchased redmi 3s from www.dealsmarket.in worth Rs 5, 949.15 rs on 17/06/2017 through paytm didn't get any update about shipping and now site has also closed and no one replies in customer care number or customer care mail . And I have all the details about product order id and paytm order id. paytm payment is in account of Nationwide technologies. This site is fraud as no one is replying .
