Dealshubs — fraud of online shopping

I ordered a power bank and bluetooth headphone which was delivered on 18 june 2018. I paid the cash and unboxed the parcel but i found just one earphone of the sets and then later understood that the power bank didn't work as well... I tried to call the parcel service but they told it's the website problem.. Then i called the website according to the number they gave me. But it's unattended everyone i call it. I want to return their things and want a cashback but am unable to do it. I am cheated and want a help... Plz help
