[Resolved] Dealsothon Online Pvt. Ltd — refund of payment

I made a payment of rs. 10, 000/-(Ten thousand only) to the company on dated 28/05/2014 as the executive name gauri sharma from the company made me call. I made cancellation of my order on dated 31/05/2014. As the policy of the company having secure payment system within 14 days refund of the money without any charges. But the company rejects my application for the cancellation. Althouth they didnot dispatch the products to me.

Executive name shikha says it is verified and we didnot refund your money.

thanks a lot. the company dealsothon today sent a mail regarding confirmation of my refund amount of Rs. 10, 000/- only through [email protected]. I provide the information needed for refund through mail and they called me up by phone no. 911147445500. thanks to the company's management. today on dated 28/07/2014 I got my refund money in my account. thanks

customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

This is to inform you that a mail comes to my email address regarding the refund of my money on dated 18th june 2014 and i did all the formalities whatever an executive name shikha told me, but till date I didnot get my refund this is again a big fraud commitment made by yourself.
