I had received a call from neha on behalf of dealzhub.in. She told me that i have been selected as a participant for a dealzhub contest where i can win car, bike or a tour trip. She told me to purchase a product on dealzhub.in of rs. 2199 to register for the contest. She also informed that i will receive a scratch card along with the product and i will get an electronic product of my choice under rs. 30000 on that scratch card. I choose a laptop of rs 29000 and she agreed that i will receive laptop code in scratch card. Two days after completion of order, i received a call from raghav and he asked me to purchase one more product on dealzhub.in of rs. 20000 to remain in the contest to which i denied and asked him to cancel my previous order and give me refund for the same. He said that i have to speak with neha regarding ordér cancellation and refund. I got a call from neha and she convinced me that i will receive my order in some days and i can order a laptop for free using the scratch card. When i received my order, i found a 70% off coupon code on scratch card instead of laptop code. I immediately contacted dealzhub.in to return the order and give me refund, the call received by some other dealzhub representative, she informed me that she will ask neha to call me back to proceed with the return request. But i never received a call back from neha. From more than 20 days i tried to reach neha to return the order, but everytime someone else pick the call and tell me that they will arrange a call back from neha.

Please take serious actions against dealzhub.in as i am not the only victim of this fraud. You can find multiple complaints against them on consumer forums and other sites.
Please help me get the refund.
