Dealzkart — fake power bank and memory card

I have received my order 128 gb sd card and a powerbank. Order number is [protected] the sd card which you have given is an duplicate one it is not showing any file and coming to power bank it is not of 25000 mah and don't even work. How the hell with these fake items you are able deliver from online websites.
I need an immediate refund of this item

As I have purchased shorts from Dealzcart, but delivery which I received is very much different and quality is very low then what they described about the product at website during purchase.

I ordered this item and can't refund the full money they have no return policy they have sent very cheep quality product this is very offul and I suggest make a policy to return products early has possible
