I left my Bike 340 for general servicing at Decathlon Hosur Road branch in Bengaluru on 30th July 2021. I was told there will be a delay and will take 5-6 days to return, due to high number of bikes due for servicing. It was after 10 days, when I dialed them to know status, To my shock they had not even picked my bike for servicing until I dialed them. Then they said, it will be delivered within 2-3 days, since there was some rust due to which they couldn't remove the hub, they said it has to be taken to a welding shop and hence 2-3 days. But, I am writing this on 18th day and have not received any update from them. Was this information helpful? |
