I am writing this letter to inform you that i had purchased above mentioned brand from Mount Sport Academy shop which is located in Borivali when spoke with the shop keeper about the shoe torn(damage) naturally and as i am on warranty he happened to tell me that, they are now only a dealer and for any replace or under warranty need to consult you, so accordingly i get in touch with you through the dealer.
Now here i attached the picture of the my Quechua shoe torn(damaged) naturally and hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.
